Coobra Mjödjäst
Saccharomyces Cervisie, specialtorkad för att ge en ren Mjöd med lite till inga estrar. Bästa jästemperatur är 22-25°C, max 27°C. För bästa resultat, lös upp jästen i 3 dl vatten runt 22-25°C och låt dra i ca 30 min. Därefter hälls jästen försiktigt i vinmusten – låt ligga orörd på ytan. Jästen bör ha kommit igång efter ca 10 timmar. Jästen förstörs vid temperatur strax över 30°C.
Förvaras svalt.
